Cancelled with No Communication
My order was cancelled/refunded with no explanation when I had not asked it to be.

I’m truly sorry for this unpleasant experience, and I completely understand why you would be concerned about your order being cancelled and refunded without your request. As soon as I received your order, I contacted you to let you know that several items in the order were out of stock, and the shipping cost had also increased significantly. Because of these issues, I was unfortunately unable to fulfill the order as originally placed. I waited for your response, but I didn’t receive anything. Later, I discovered that for some reason, your email address was unable to receive emails from me. I honestly wasn’t sure what was happening, and I’m very sorry that we were unable to communicate properly. In the end, rather than keeping your order pending without being able to fulfill it, I decided to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused you. I truly regret that we were unable to complete your order, and I hope you can understand the situation. Thank you very much for your understanding, and I’m truly sorry again for this experience.
