I attempted to do business with this company. Although their website gives instructions on how to import products, we've had no luck with the excel sheet they provide. I've left voicemails and emails and no response. They're quick to take your sign-up money, yet ignore you when there are questions, or issues.

This must be one of the most outdated and backward companies i have ever dealt with. You can email them with queries and they are ignored. Even if you place business with them, the chances of them answering queries are nil. How brands like this still exist, that are stuck in the 90's boggles my mind.
