Excellent Service!!
Hristo understood I am not very good with tech stuff and took a good deal of time helping me get my DNS properly changed over as well as us double checking my email addresses (to make sure they all worked properly! He was very understanding and did an Excellent job!!!

I should have reached out earlier
I should have reached out earlier. I am not someone who wants to work with incoming or outgoing servers or anything to do with setting up email accounts but I thought I would try. When I finally reached the point where I was reaching for a hammer I asked JetHost for help. All that stress was removed quickly and all I had to do was ask! The migration from Omnis to JetHost was much easier than I expected.

I can't say enough about ALEX Z
I can't say enough about ALEX Z! He was patient, understood the problem and handled it for me quickly getting our business email account back up and running. Wish every company had someone like him.

The best way to handle access problems if you have them
My email access problems were caused by OS issues on my end. Each person involved showed great patience and gave me guidance at a professional level.
