Jethost helped me do it on my own time
Being a semi-retired IT professional who became self employed in 2013 and needing a simple site for web presence for visibility of the products I was reselling and supporting, I found Omnis who provided and execlently supported the resources needed. It was noteworthy on the Omnis approach and high level of communication during the Jethost 2026 acquisition. My two simple sites were transfered and they set them up so I could take my time to familiarise with the WP setup and convert them appropriately. Rosie has been outstanding in her patience and superb support and assistance throughout the move. Overall a very smooth and cost effective transition.

Chat agent helped solve all my problems.
H.H., the chat agent, was extremely helpful. His intials were H H. He helped me solve all my issues, taking time to explain why I was experiencing trouble and even inputting some of the information for me. Really appreciate the why you are handling the transition as you acquire the my old service provider.
