Amazing support from IVAN
Honestly, i hated how i was forced to shift from omnis to JetHost, coz i faced some issues and i was not planning to continue with you knowing that i was an omnis customer since more than a decade. But what happened with me today changed my mind completely and will continue you with you forever. I Had a very annoying issue and “Ivan” from support has taken the issue differently, analyzed and solved it in a very magical knowledgeable way, the way he handled it was phenomenal and he knows how to assist in all what the word means. He was super professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! He changed my mind and i will always be with JetHost! Big huge thanks to Ivan! I would give him 100000 stars!
