Another victim. Ordered LEGO set & was given UPS tracking #. It said it was delivered to a “dock” in my city. I saw previous reviews and have filed claim with PayPal. We’ll see if $ is returned or not.

OMG SCAM!!! Same as everyone else!!!

Purchased a product and found out it was shipped to a local company that promptly sent it back. Learned from PayPal that this is their scam - they get your money and the item. Have PayPal check personally with UPS, etc and see where it actually was sent ( which I can tell you will be your zip code, but won't be your address). It took time to get through to a real person at PayPal ( initial dispute was not in my favor), but they were great and I got my money back.

DO NOT USE this company. They are scamming people and they will send you a fake tracking #. Then you have to file a dispute with Paypal and use your time on these jerks. When i saw that my payment was made to Mr. Dam Tho Houng that should have been my warning sign. Now my granddaughter will not be getting her doll for Christmas. If I could get them the middle finger instead of one star that would be more accurate!!!

I ordered a LOL doll and I actually received the package but it was a 3 dollar towel . I opened a dispute with PayPal and he wanted me to send it back to Taiwan. I called PayPal and explained what happened and they gave me money back right then . She said if you file a claim most are done by computers so to call them or it may get denied

If you search for receiver on Google "DINH HOANG HIEP" you will see that this people just keep changing websites and doing the same thing. Tracking number is NOT fake, it's just being delivered not to you and to HomeDepot or similar in your city, so on tracking will be shown that it was delivered to your city and hence difficulty in disputing. I got actual delivery information from UPS and it was targeted to Homedepot at my city. Paypal already suspended this user so they shall not be able to receive any more transactions. Open case with Paypal and they shall return your money.

No stars would be better. This is a complete scam. Do not order anything from them. I ordered a Disney doll and it said it was delivered, and of course it wasn't. Tried to contact seller, no response. Tried UPS tracking, it is a fake tracking number. It actually said it was 1 of 2 in the shipment... but I only ordered 1 thing. So when u try to track it the first number says it was delivered and the other number says it hasn't shipped yet. Then when you try to file an online claim, it tells you you cant until the 2nd part of the shipment is shipped. SCAM. I ordered through PayPal and called them directly to file a claim. They assured me if they couldn't get the item to me from the seller they would reimburse me. PayPal needs to remove their account.

Please please please do not use this website. This is a fraudulent website. They have somehow figured out how to generate tracking numbers to fool PayPal. I only lost $35 So I count myself fortunate but I will not make that mistake again and I do not want other people to make that mistake. Please buy with caution because PayPal doesn’t always come through.
