I’m not here to complain but just to let others know.. I ordered $200 worth of supplies from them over two and a half months ago and never received them. I was initially told they were stuck in customs. I have reached out multiple times since with no response or effort to correct the situation. It has been over a month since I’ve heard anything from them and I’ve reached out multiple times. As a small business owner myself I am aware that things go awry that aren’t in your control, but ultimately if you’re in the business to serve others, you correct it regardless. If you’re a customer in the US, I would not recommend purchasing until they improve their customer service.

I recently made an order for some woodworking supplies from Jeff Mack Supply. My order total was $105 US including $13 for shipping. My package is shipped and I get a tracking number. All is well until UPS sends me a notification that I need to pay an additional $55 to them or they will not deliver my package due to tariff changes. I contact JMS and they offer no resolution, they will not refund or allow a return, so I either pay the $55 ransome, or lose the $105 that I already spent. This is very poor customer service and a very poor business practice. At the very least, customers should be notified of the 60% additional charges that would be incurred by the customer with no recourse.

Company with good products but a bit of a catch! Shipping is more expensive than the products. But here’s the real sting, you can acquire points which can be turned into vouchers/money of future purchases, by spending with them, sharing on social media, etc , only when you come to trade in those vouchers they will only let you use them in small nominations and won’t let you pool all of your points together. So for example , I may of earned through my purchases and sharing say £50 money off, but they’ll only let me use £15 a time , when shipping is usually more than this , it doesn’t even dent shipping let alone dent the purchase price. Steer clear, they only tell you this at the checkout! Shady practices. Have lots of points/vouchers which are worthless essentially as I have to make multiple separate purchases that these vouchers won’t do anything to the price
