Very bad customer service .. wasn’t patient with explaining the steps of doing an engine swap properly . They state on their site that they have technicians willing to assist and they didn’t properly guide my mechanic .. I had to study information to know how to get my car properly running. They also don’t put instructions on their ads in full for advice of an engine swap. I have a 2005 Subaru legacy . I swapped my ej255 motor to the ej20x that they sell . If you look at their ad, it states to keep all of your wiring harness and ecu original . But it doesn’t state that to complete the swap , the top of the motor which will be the whole intake manifold , turbo , intercooler , tgvs, fuel injectors , have to be swapped from your original engine to the ej20x for your original oem ecu to function properly . Bad customer service

JUST BOUGHT 2 ENGINES FROM THEM, ONE HAD A BAD KNOCK AT FIRST START UP. SO WE TOOK THE HEADS OFF THE 2ND ENGINE, FOUND CYLINDER WALLS ARE WARPED AND COOLANT JACKETS FILLED WITH HARD PINK STUFF. THEY ARE GIVING UP TROUBLE RETURNING BOTH ENGINES. DO NOT BY FROM THEM

Ordered a mdx motor. Company sold me a TL motor. They charged me 20% for a mistake they made not knowing there inventory. Called to discuss the error they made owner threatened me and refused to remove the restock fee for there mistake. Bad business

sent a unit with every external sensor and solenoid broken, wouldn't help in any way. then we found out the transmission is slipping and they still won't help us. they expect us to take the unit out and send it back and wait for them to look at it before we get a replacement part. so im supposed to have a vehicle with no trans for weeks and still possibly get told that it isn't under warranty? because it's a used unit there's no way to tell if there was contamination prior to installation. just sounds like they are trying to not warranty out the transmission. they also sent us a completely wrong unit and wouldn't send us a replacement on a different vehicle.

Buyer beware, false advertisement and scammers through and through, they fake their own reviews to try and balance the bad reviews, bought a 5vzfe engine and received a piece of garbage looks as if the engine rolled down a hill, engine block itself has cracks and WELDS ON IT. falls within their own warranty policy these guys have been fighting with me for weeks about the refund and return process, there is no customer support number all you can do is contact via email, a red flag in itself, returned the item and they’re now only wanting to give $1200 out of the $2860 I spent, they are claiming engine is fine which is not the case they weld up the engines to hold long enough for the warranty to run out them you’re left with nothing no working engine and no money. I will be providing a YouTube review video to provide future shoppers with my in depth experience with these scammers, if these pictures aren’t enough to scare you away. Having to contact my attorney to start taking legal actions.

The engine I ordered did not fit my vehicle, even though we confirmed vin number beforehand. Once my mechanic realized they sent us the wrong engine, they didn’t help us find a replacement. Then it took me calling multiple times to bug them to finally get my refund after getting them to pick up the returned engine. Overall a terrible experience, would not recommend them to anyone.

2nd purchase of an engine from this outlet...will be the last time. Very disappointed with the engine I received and the amount of time it took to receive.
