I have joined Jdate in October 22, I paid 3 months membership but Jdate took the money and never acknowledged me. I could not access anything members access usually (emails) so I reached out to costumer service. I might have sent 10 emails without any reply to this day! I paid a membership which never became active. It is very strange It seems like they have no one anymore to reply to costumers. Do not waste your money but I will for sure not let it go and take it with the ombudsman.

Don't waste your time joining JDate. Complete waste of time and money. They NEVER (& I mean never) offer you new date options. One you receive your initial e-mail with JDate's choices for you it NEVER gets updated. I joined JDate in Oct 2020. The same group of 20 men that JDATE sent me are still the only men on my profile. It is now Feb 26th 5 months late & JDATE has NEVER sent me new potential dates to look at. When I log into JDate to attempt to search myself, there is no option to search yourself. Waste of time, Waste of money. Complete Sham of a website.
