⭐ 1/5 EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED
⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience I am honestly so pissed and disappointed with my experience at Jazzy Burger. First of all, I paid ₦35,000 for this order, and for that amount, I expected the food and customer service to be much better. Instead, the burger arrived completely cold. Not even slightly warm — cold. On top of that, the burger itself was extremely dry, which made the whole experience even worse. I specifically spoke to the lady handling customer service and clearly explained that I do not like soggy fries. I asked her to make my fries well done, and I also specifically requested chili on the side. I made these requests very clearly, so imagine my frustration when the fries arrived soggy, the burger was cold and dry, and my request wasn’t properly handled. But what really made this experience worse was the customer service. I called to express my disappointment and tried to get some clarification. I politely asked the lady, “Please, what’s your name?” Instead of simply giving me her name, she responded, “Why are you asking?” and then hung up on me. Seriously? Why would you hang up on a customer who has just spent ₦35,000 and is calling because they are unhappy with their order? That is completely unacceptable. Mistakes with food can happen, but the way a customer is treated when they raise a legitimate complaint matters just as much. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected my food to arrive hot, my fries to be prepared the way I specifically requested, and to be treated with basic courtesy when I complained. ₦35,000 is not small money, and this order was absolutely not worth what I paid for it. I have genuinely never been this pissed about a food order. Jazzy Burger, please do better — both with the quality of the food and especially with customer service.
