Purchased our 5th wheel brand new and have had problems since driving off the lot. It has been in for warranty repairs for combined total of 14 months of the 23 months we have owned it. It is still waiting for more repairs. Talked with various people at Jayco, no one cares. Refuse to extend warranty and of course won’t replace the trailer. Spent $100,000 on something that can’t be used. Stay away from this horrible company that sells defective products and has the worst customer service.

Quality, quality 3rd world standard, can't get anyone to work on. I have a list of 30 items that have gone wrong with Jayco Motorized division and camping world Myrtle Beach. I will never buy or deal Camping World and or Jayco Junk. I have been trying to find a lawyer to pursue lemon law to get a new comparable class c unit for nothing.

I have a 2018 Jayco Greyhawk that is a absolutely nice looking coach with the full body paint. My only problem is with the seat fabric that they use - inferior material that is absolutely junk and they KNOW it! It peals after the two warranty expires. Can you imagine if your house furniture, car or truck seats peeled very early in life? No more customer good will since they know that are putting out junk.

We've had our Northpoint for 2 years and since day 1, we've had a air conditioner problem and nobody seems to know how to fix it. I worked in the industry for years, and Jayco never would of accepted this in the 90's. Stay as far away from Jayco as you can.

Absolutely worst product craftsmanship you will find in this industry. Had 3 leaks first time using supposed brand new camper. Inside totally flooded and damaged and Jayco refused to fix properly. They do not give a hoot about you the customer after they have your money. Service agents are Absolutely useless and rude. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY JAYCO PRODUCTS, YOU WILL BE BUYING A PILE OF JUNK AND HAVE ZERO BACKING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER.

Poor warranty service. Simple radio/dvd/gps competely stumped them. Would not replace unit with same or equal unit. Told me to go without features or live with partially working unit in RV. Small claim not handled, can't see how they could handle a large claim.

2021 North Point should be called Jayco,Junk list of issues. Was in the dealership for three months. Roof sub frame defective Two windows leaked Power pig tail defective Stove oven defective Shower liner fell off wall Mirror in bath room fell into sink. Transfer switch failed. Still waiting for propane regs Ordered a fender sheet metal part a year ago no word on that . Brakes been rebuilt twice. Still not right. Outside compartment doors never repaired never completed.poor fit. Axel spring clamp broke Double recliner hold down screws never installed. Stove leveling screws never set. Fridge door alarm trips when it feels like it . Do not spend a dime with this company or Manteca trailer sales in CA.
