I bought strap locks from Jax Music Supply on Amazon. They never arrived. I patiently waited until Jan 31st 2018 to contact the seller, as the shipping estimate was given as 30th Jan. Note that this order was placed on Dec 13th 2017. So this is one and a half months. The tracking info stopped updated after 2 weeks but I waited anyway. This was the seller's reply: Funny how everyone in Singapore claims the same day. I will refund.
