Sent Incorrect Products, Refusing to Send correct Products. Stay Away!!!
I purchased 2 gigas tubers from them and 8 titanum tubers in two separate orders. I initially bought 12 titanum tubers, but they reached out saying that they didn't have 12 but had 8 larger ones instead. I let them know this was alright. The gigas tubers emerged, and looked like a different species. I sent them a message and they stated they were in fact gigas and they sometimes look like this. I'm still not 100% on what these ones are yet. Then the titanum tubers emerged. They looked slightly off for titanums, as the leaflets were noticeably smaller than other titanums in my collection. Then one pushed out a hirsutus flower. This is 100% not a titanum, and is a hirsutus. I then reached out to them with a picture of this hirsutus flower showing it clearly wasn't a titanum. They then stated that sometimes titanums and hirsutus look identical. I pushed back and let them know that this is definitely not a titanum and is a hirsutus as it's pushing out a hirsutus flower. They then requested we continue to wait for it to fully develop as there is no hurry. I let them know that there is a hurry as it's getting cold here for shipping, and it's obviously not a titanum so we need to resolve this ASAP. Now the seller is refusing to send me the correct tubers unless I place another order and they will include them with that order. I stated I'm not going to be placing another order until this is resolved. They're refusing to send me what I paid for, and they told me to sell the hirsutus tubers they sent, place another order, then they'll include my titanum tubers that I bought within that order. Why would I spend money with a vendor who hasn't sent me what I paid for in the first place? I provided them multiple chances to send me the correct tubers I paid for, but they're still refusing to unless I place another order.
