JavaexoticimportsReviews of javaexoticimports.com

I purchased a complete coffee shop package from Java Exotic Imports for our Daytona Beach location, including the recommended Simonelli Aurelia Wave espresso machine and everything needed to get my business up and running. The experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Randy provided excellent training and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate and maintain the equipment properly. The level of support and attention to detail was truly white-glove service. I originally found Java Exotic Imports while shopping on Amazon and was considering purchasing there. I'm very glad I reached out directly instead. Not only did I receive personalized service and expert guidance, but I also got a significantly better price. They saved me a lot of money, and Jeff Bezos didn't get any of it! If you're opening a coffee shop or upgrading your equipment, I highly recommend Java Exotic Imports. Great pricing, outstanding support, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Randy and the entire Java Exotic Imports team!

Outstanding service! I thought I was ordering the correct part for my grinder, but due to confusing Baratza naming, Rich called to confirm. It turns out I'd ordered the wrong part, so we found the right one and switched. This saved me a lot of time and frustration, and I greatly appreciated it.

I was looking at a product on Amazon for some time, but just a little out of my reach. A few months later I came across Java Exotic Imports and they were able to give me a discount on the same espresso machine on Amazon to bring it in my budget. Afterwards, their support was amazing, the head Barista helped me setup the machine for the perfect shot! Very happy, can't say enough good things about their support and willingness to work with you on pricing.

Very happy with my experiences. Purchased a grinder a few months ago, the service I received was second to non, even helped me over the phone setup the grinder, and went out of their way to assist me with an espresso machine that I own that they did not sell me. Highly recommend these folks!
