Of course, not every lead turns into a customer, but that’s expected with lead generation. What matters to me is having real prospects worth following up with, and overall, that’s been our experience with Janitorial Leads Pro. I’m happy with the service so far and would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking to generate more janitorial business.

I had the best guidance through their payment gateways. I was unsure how to kove forward but they were very friendly and had patience throughout the process. I am really looking forward to create a business relation with them!

Do NOT waste your money. The company is verse in obtaining leads or communication. Do NOT lose your money.

We’ve had a really good experience with Janitorial Leads Pro. The team is easy to work with, communicates well, and actually understands the commercial cleaning industry. The opportunities they send are relevant to the areas and types of accounts we’re looking for, which saves us a lot of time chasing the wrong prospects. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and a helpful service for growing our janitorial business. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

Just simply bad leads. Paid for 5, 1 was a 5x a week lead, that really isn't looking to change, just looking for cheaper. The other 3 others small, 3k sq ft, looking for 1x a week. 1 was just a few break rooms and bathrooms. 1 told us they really aren't looking to make a change. It's hard to get leads, but my experience was not good when you pay to get "qualified" leads and 1 didn't want to change, 1 is just looking for a cheaper price and the others were simply a wast of time.

After researching several appointment setters for janitorial leads I decided to pull the trigger with janitorialleadspro.com on March 27, 2023. Barney was quick on the draw to accept payment for 5 appointments @ $125 per appointment and told me it would be several weeks before they would get all the appointments scheduled. I was ok with that because it was a trial run. After three and a half weeks I reached out for a status update. To which the reply was they were still working on it. Fast forward to the first appointment was finally schedule on May 9, 2023. If you are counting that is 6 weeks from the start date. After still not receiving all the appointments I reached out on July 10,2023 asking for a status update, with no reply and again on August 2,2023 telling me 2 more weeks it will be delivered. Today is 8/21/23 and I have only received 3 of the appointments. The lack of communication and customer service astounds me. I highly recommend using a different company then Janitorial Leads Pro
