Excellent Price and Service!

You know when you've done the right thing ,or made the right choice. It makes you feel good about the world, and in this case, I'm referring to my recent experience ordering a Bevco chair from Janel, Inc.The chair was not in stock when I ordered it, ( it was probably backordered). I had made a phone call inquiring about the status of my order several weeks later. A young woman,( her name is Lindsay) answered, and reassured me that she would notify me via email when she received any further news regarding the shipment. She was able to give me a target date, and I called again to get the shipping information. The chair arrived the next day, as she indicated, and I was very happy with my decision to purchase from Janel,Inc. It's always the people, you encounter, that make a difference. In this case it was , Lindsay, who happens to be a perfect representative for her company. Her voice and manner belied someone that cares about her customers and thus her job.The chair, by the way, will be a perfect addition to my artist studio. Respectfully rendered, Barry D. Gellert

Always have a positive experience when I order from Janel Online Thanks Guys/Gals

I needed wire cutters quickly. They not only had a real variety of options, but they took very good care of me immediately. Thank you so big.

great experience, same products for much less and good shipping and support.

Thanks for letting us ship solder paste via Priority mail instead of overnight like some suppliers demand. It was still cold when it arrived and should have no issues.
