I spent over a year working with Jafton Software to develop a project using Bubble. They claimed to be experts, but clearly lacked essential knowledge—particularly about the CASA tier 2 requirements for Google’s verification, which was a critical part of the project. Despite this being in the original scope, they eventually admitted they couldn’t do it, leaving the project incomplete. What’s worse is that I paid half the project cost upfront, and before the work was even finished, they demanded the remaining payment. On top of that, I paid extra for modifications that weren’t part of the original scope. In the end, all I got was a “thank you, we can’t do it” and an unfinished project. They didn’t even offer any compensation or solutions to make things right. I will never be using Jafton Software again and would strongly advise against anyone else doing so either. Very disappointing experience.

I gave them $20,000 2 years ago and still don't have my program. When they handed it off to me after 14 months, the migration did not go well. I asked for help and they said the contract is complete. Jafton managed to deliver the project ahead of deadline which left time for me to go over and leave some changes. Their app developers were impressive
