JA Express Solutions LLCReviews of jaexpresssolutions.com

I was introduced to JA Express Solutions from a prior move. They had been hired to handle the last leg of that move. JA Express Solutions stood out from the crowd of other moving companies that I had employed. So, I made a note of their name and contact information. When it came time for us to relocate from NY to FL, I called Jules, the principal of the company. He did what I requested ... an express move from NY to FL at a reasonable price and on specific days. Jules and his brother handled our personal effects with care and in an efficient manner.

Do not hire this company under any circumstance. These reviews are fake. They will destroy and steal your property if it ever arrives. They will raise the price significantly when they arrive for pickup and again halfway through loading the truck. If your property ever arrives it will be weeks past your request date with no communication. They will require cash be paid to individuals unassociated with the company because they know you will not be happy when/ if your stuff arrives. They subcontract everything to unlicensed and unprofessional people who will not care for your stuff in complete breach of contract. They delivered 2 boxes of someone else's stuff to me in horrendous condition as well and delivery driver said they were just going to throw them away if I did not volunteer to find the rightful owner. They intended to make NO effort to notify the owner. Items not belonging to me also strewn about the truck bed. Appalling company. DO NOT HIRE.
