JacksonmoversReviews of jacksonmovers.com

Less than a year ago we used Jackson movers for a cross state move. The damage caused to our new property and our personal property was submitted to them. Over and over. Honestly they wore us out. We ended up paying for all the damage ourselves. Communication was horrible about payment and ended up paying a penalty for using a credit card since they refused a personal check. When called the sales agent who sold us on Jackson, he wanted nothing to do with us. We sent photos, got pushed from one supervisor to another. It stopped being worth our time or aggravation. Just don’t even use them. Their estimates come in low. But not worth the less than competent service. Maybe if we kept fighting we may have been compensated, but not worth it for a maybe. Damage is damage. There should not be a fight. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

A very unreliable and deceitful filled with untruths and unprofessional practices. Had Jackson Movers move my daughter from Round Rock Texas to Ft. Wayne In. 1; Items were clearly marked of what to take and what to leave. They loaded everything much of which had to be placed in storage. They blantenly didn/ follow unstructions..Daughter was in hospital. Pictures were taken to verify. 2, They initially acknowledged their error however now they have stated that instead of moving everything that would only transport a portion without assessing another $8,000!! Promisse were repeadedly made by Owen Owen (manager) told her repeadly that they were to take every siingle thing. But people just loaded what ever they wanted. Leaving a great deal behind. I even provided pictures of everything that was left. Owen assured her they would return and load EVERYTHING! That was not fufilled. 3. From the initial delivery there were items of value that were stolen and/or damaged. The number they provided was 469-267-6770 however they with won't answer phone or state the mailbox is full, My daudhters number is 915-253-4103 I cana be reached at 410-786-9351 Hopefully the BBB can assist in resolving this issue.

Jackson Movers took care of all our needs and problems with our move!
