This is a Chinese supplier that doesn't have the USDA permits necessary to export their bogus seeds to the USA. I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it and they stonewalled me until they actually mailed the seeds as "phone cases". I turned the seeds over to the USDA and now Chase card won't refund my money because jackseeds says "the order is in customs". Update: After providing all of the information from the USDA on illegal seed imports and that they had collected and destroyed the seeds, Chase did give me a refund that they will not be able to get back from jackseeds. Beware jackseeds. They are a RIP off bieng they will send you clear small packaging containing seeds. No picture just some stupid number. there for you don't know what they are sending you. Nightmare, dont buy from this company.
