Initially I was not able to submit my redemption so I emailed customer service . It was late at night I didn't think I would even get a response til the next day. Not only did I get a response but the top man himself personally assisted me and processed my redemption immediately. He was extremely nice, polite, and professional. He never once tried to make me feel like it was my fault as I have experienced from time to time. The site is easy to navigate they have lots of great games by great providers and they r crypto friendly and we all know that means speed and precision. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give em 15. If you haven't joined yet don't waste anymore time w these other posers. 💯

STAY AWAY from Jack Royals at all cost. I deposited $25 and won but the playthrough tracker is broken so even if you complete the wager requirements as I did, they will not let you withdraw your winnings. Customer support is aware of the issue but not fixing it. I’ve been trying to resolve this with support but they offer no solution and ignore most messages. Please don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Not impressed. Literally not a single game will load whatsoever. Been trying for several days, several different games, several different providers. Its NOT my Internet as its fast and works on every other sweeps site. Not sure why you would open a sweeps site that literally cant even be used at its most basic level. This site will almost surely fall apart within the next month or two, assuming it wasnt a scam cash grab to begin with.
