Jackpotter is a very bad casino. I created an account with Jackpotter, which was my first experience. I made a deposit and played, I won a little and made a withdrawal. As soon as I withdrew, after some time, the withdrawal was rejected and I was asked for 3 levels of verification, in which the first verification was my personal information. I gave my ID card and live check, completed it, then gave my bank statement in the third place, and the verification was completed, then I withdrew. A day later, it was rejected again and additional verification was asked, in which I had to have documents in my hands and write information on a white paper and read all the information out loud and give a video like a prisoner giving a statement in jail.I also completed and sent it which was verified and then made a withdrawal. After 50 hours, the withdrawal was rejected again and another additional verification was requested in which it was demanded to send the screenshot and receipt of the wallet from which the deposit was made and the account from which the withdrawal was made and also send the details of these accounts. This is the limit. By the way, I was forced to withdraw and had to make a withdrawal and still have not received the withdrawal. Whenever I talk to live support, they say we don't know, this is the work of the review team. Well, I said give me a time frame, they say no to the time frame.Meaning, I was humiliated a week ago, now I don't know, it will take months or years. And none of the verifications that were asked for are in their terms and conditions. I asked the support team repeatedly, show me the terms and conditions, they say they can't give us information. I have never seen such a low and disrespectful casino website in my life. Platform Malfunction, Missing Data, and Unresolved Account Block
I’m sharing my experience to document a sequence of issues that occurred on this platform between February and April 2026.
On February 9th, I opened a leveraged BTC position. Before confirming the trade, the platform displayed a normal liquidation price. Once the position opened, the liquidation price disappeared and showed “0.000.” The position never liquidated and remained open for months. I reported this to support the same day and provided a screen recording, but was told everything was functioning normally.
Throughout February and March, every new trade showed the same behavior: no liquidation price, no automatic liquidation, and positions running extremely negative without closing. I continued trading in good faith based on the platform’s assurance that nothing was wrong.
On April 1st, my account unexpectedly switched from Real mode to Practice mode without any action on my part. My real balance still appeared, and the February 9th position was still open. On April 2nd, I attempted to withdraw 1 SOL. The withdrawal froze immediately, and my entire account was blocked, including the remaining 3.8 SOL.
Shortly after the block, several large positions were closed with the label “manualAssetClosed.” These closures were not initiated by me. The only trades I personally closed were very small ones (down 0.01–0.02 SOL), and only after the account was already restricted.
Between April 2nd and April 4th, the account metrics became internally inconsistent — negative equity, zero margin used, and values that did not align with normal trading behavior. I documented everything with screenshots and recordings.
When support finally responded, they acknowledged a platform malfunction but classified all trades during that period as “invalid,” despite the fact that I reported the malfunction on day one and was told the system was functioning normally.
My account remains blocked, and the balance has not been released.
