Florida law requires every listing agreement to have a defined expiration date. With our flat‑fee MLS, the seller chooses that expiration date at signup — NOT the brokerage. Your listing was entered exactly as requested and expired on the date you selected. We do not shorten listings, remove them early, or charge any fee to extend; extensions simply must be completed before the expiration date. Flat‑fee MLS also means all showing instructions are published directly in the MLS, giving agents everything they need to schedule appointments without contacting our office.
