You know—or at least you can guess—that online casinos can be shady, and you can’t fully trust them with your money. Still, you expect some level of communication and a decent experience when you play. If you’re playing for fun, you win some, you lose some—whatever. I’m not talking about winning tens of thousands of dollars or making huge profits every day. But Jackbit and its related sites are on a completely different level. They seem designed to make you uncomfortable as soon as you start interacting with them. 1. Deposits can be put on hold for “3 business days” (or longer). They can place your deposit on hold for up to three business days, and in reality, it can take as long as they want. Whenever you contact live support, they simply copy and paste the same generic response. There is nothing to investigate. It feels obvious that the goal is to encourage you to deposit more money while they continue holding your funds. At first, I didn’t think this was a major issue, so I deposited a few hundred dollars more and continued playing. Update: Never got my deposit back. 2. Missing winnings in Free Bet Blackjack. I was playing Free Bet Blackjack (provided by CreedRoomz). For those unfamiliar with the rules, the dealer doesn’t bust on 22—it results in a push—and in exchange, players get free doubles on 9, 10, and 11, as well as free splits (except on 10s). Long story short, I had several winning hands and estimate that I was underpaid by approximately $300–$350 in total. I have screenshots and documented round numbers showing at least $175 in missing payouts. The strange part is that the game would display a message such as “You won $450,” but only credit around $300 to my balance. I contacted both the dealer and customer support, and every time I was told that everything had been paid correctly. Whether it was a software error or something else, I was shorted by several hundred dollars. I emailed support with evidence, but they either didn’t want to investigate, didn’t want to pay, or simply didn’t want to admit there was a problem. 3. Withdrawals create unnecessary stress. I decided to test the withdrawal process by cashing out just 50 USDC on the Ethereum network. After 10 minutes without receiving anything, I contacted live support. Once again, I received the same copy-pasted response: “Withdrawals are usually instant, but it may take up to an hour. Please contact us later if you have not received it.” Imagine trying to withdraw $5,000 if this is the experience for a $50 withdrawal. Eventually, I received the funds after about an hour, but the entire process felt wrong. It left me with very little confidence in the platform. Final thoughts Would I recommend playing here with serious money in hopes of winning thousands of dollars? Absolutely not. Stay away. Don’t even come close. Would I recommend playing with small amounts just for fun? Also no. The experience is so frustrating and stressful that it’s about as far from “fun” as an online casino can get.

Used my gambling problem as a reason ton confiscate $200 for me. Won fair and square on a sports bet and they refused to pay

Avoid at all costs. It’s just an account draining site. I’ve played for a couple months on an off and never and I mean never won anything worth withdrawing not broke even once. 98/100 dead spins and the rtp is practically zero. $30 in expect to win no more than $2 it’s that bad. Play elsewhere.
