JaccofashionReviews of jaccofashion.com

I'm out 300 bucks. Jacco Fashion has some very nice items and for low prices, I'll admit. However, if you need anything beyond merely making an order, you will be sorely disappointed. Making an exchange or a return is impossible in my experience. Just getting an email response about what address to send a return to can take months. Many months ago I shipped an order back for exchange (with RMA numbers), with no response, and they won't respond to my previous 6 emails since mid July. What recourse do I have? They're in China!

I've been a loyal customer for awhile now and they always impress me! I'm from the USA and have such trouble finding top quality and fashionable clothing stores - lucky Jaccofashion saves me whenever I need a new wardrobe! Totally worth buying abroad because the quality of the clothes is amazing, durable and beautiful. Everything has fit me just right and according to their measurement charts. Jaccofashion has been wonderful and efficient every single time I've ordered from them. Great customer service and I always recommend them to any of my friends looking for fashionable clothes.

J'ai acheté une robe vraiment tendance.... un site original et pas cher. Sa fait du bien...!

The clothes are cute and the material is fine. Same class of stuff as I can buy from neighborhood boutiques. However one tee the gem was dropped off, but its ok I sticked it back :p. I think I would place one more order from them this month :).
