Our company had been trying to locate an obsolete part for a little while. Izzy found one for us right away, but it ended up being damaged upon removal. Through his due diligence, he located and shipped us another part that worked perfectly. Izzy never gave up on our quest. We will use him again in the future. John Furlong, K.C. My personal opinion is Trustpilot is an meaningful review website. I twice did business with Izzy's and was highly pleased with all aspects. I needed something that is seldom found in good condition. This item was on a waiting list with thousands wanting it. Izzy could have charged me three times as much, did a perfect packing job, with very low freight cost from the mid-west to the southwest. It came quickly and outlasted the car. For the same vehicle needed the rear hatchback glass that could not be found, anywhere in the world. This major installer found one, months later. Izzy suggested a complete tailgate from a Mercury that is the same as Ford. Low price, quick and reasonable freight charge. It cost me less for the complete tailgate from Izzy than just the new hatchback glass. With my opinion of Trustpilot I wanted to offer my Izzy's experience later.
