My questions were answered. The people I dealt with pleasent and I did not feel pressursed and they were able to fix my computer the same day. Then followed up the next day to make sure how to reach them anytime if I had a problem.

Oh, my goodness.. I was ready to throw my laptop out the door..We tried taking it to a place close to the mall but they would fix one minor detail and my two grandsons would go home and try again. I just finally gave up. Never wanted to sit in front of it. This month I found you. Great Job. I just wish I had found you sooner..

I actually was very frustrated with hotmail and not being able to get into my email account. I got connected with Izaccess, and they were so helpful and were able to clean up my laptop and help me set up a new email password. The technicians and everyone who I talked with were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to do what I could not do on my own. Thank you so much.
