If there were a 10 star rating, I would give that. Being a senior who knows little about the modern day technology, I have received a great deal of help from the people. I admire the patience that they have.

I was having a problem with mail be downloaded onto my iPad. Tech to Us reviewed my mail on both my computer and my ipad and the problem was resolved quickly. The technician was very patient and courteous and supplied additional information which hopefully will prevent this problem in the future. Great service!

Helped me get back into email account when I could not access it. They were quick and helpful with solving my issue. Very respectful and would recommend to anyone that needs technical support. 5 stars for fast, responsive, and easy to understand.

Emails working fine. Not able to received the email . Technician updated the settings now its working perfectly.

Internet has not been working properly. Unable to complete purchases because when I try to complete a sale, a message pops up saying the site is not working due to a long running script. Even if this does not happen, after several minutes on any site, the internet freezes and the computer needs to be turned off to leave. Agent was able to determine that this was an issue with the browser. He substituted a different browser which does not have this issue.

My computer had an infection and was being slow so I decided to look for tech support from Izaccess. Their sales team knew what they're doing and what they are supposed to do. Then, I talked to the technician and he took care of my business. They were able to fix my computer.

Highly recommend . Adam was terrific and a pleasure to work with him . He called me back to see if everything was working from my previous call to him. No one has ever done that before and I highly recommend the co. as well.

I went for tech support with Izaccess since I had issues with the computer. I didn’t want to have to take the computer in because I didn’t know what they were going to do to it. With Izaccess, I know what they're doing. I got their plan and pay by the month. Their price is pretty high but the company is very good and offers outstanding service. Their technicians are wonderful and keep working on the issue until they get it fixed.
