Extremely Disappointing Experience with IxamBee – Misleading Tagline, Poor Content, and Pathetic Customer Support IxamBee’s tagline should be “Prepare 50% Slower” instead of “Prepare 50% Faster” because my experience with their courses has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The quality of content provided under Professional Knowledge is extremely poor. Most of it is generic, lacks depth, and fails to meet the expectations of someone who has paid for a professional course. There is very little value in content that does not provide the practical knowledge and detailed understanding students actually need. To make matters worse, screenshots are not allowed in recorded video lectures, which creates unnecessary difficulties for students who want to save important concepts for revision. The content also differs between the website and the mobile APK for the same course. How can a platform justify providing inconsistent learning material for a course that customers have already paid for? The technical experience is equally pathetic. Despite having a 100 Mbps internet connection, I frequently face buffering issues on both the website and the mobile application. This is clearly not the kind of seamless learning experience a paid educational platform should offer. What makes the situation even worse is their attitude toward customer complaints. I have raised these issues multiple times, but after selling the course, they seem least bothered about resolving them. The lack of accountability and meaningful support is completely unacceptable. And to be clear, this is not an issue with just one course. I purchased a combo of IT courses, and I am facing the same problems across all of them. This makes it difficult to dismiss these issues as isolated incidents; it raises serious concerns about the overall quality of their platform, content delivery, and customer support. My hard-earned money was spent expecting quality education, reliable technology, and professional service—not generic content, constant buffering, inconsistent course material, and repeated complaints falling on deaf ears. IxamBee seriously needs to rethink its content quality, technical infrastructure, and post-sale customer support. Selling courses is not the end of a company’s responsibility; it is the beginning of its responsibility toward paying customers. I am thoroughly disappointed with IxamBee and would strongly advise prospective students to carefully evaluate the quality of its content, platform performance, and customer support before investing their money. A course platform should help students prepare faster and smarter—not waste their time, patience, and money. If you are not believing on this comment pls go ahead and waste your time and money.
