Hassle Free Returns is a lie
They state "Hassle free returns", where as this isn't reply. They don't reply to emails, its difficult to find a phone number and when you do they "promise" to call you back and don't. Paypal dispute put in, For expensive items their customer service is awful and their "Promise" (as stated on their website) isn't true.
