They are so personable, and every interaction I’ve had with them through customer support (problems not on their end - I just can’t write my own address apparently🤣) has been so incredible. Now onto the actual subscription: The book I was sent is perfect, the wrapping is so detailed with the flowers and wax seal. The pens! So high quality. Every avid reader should have this subscription. I’ve upped my subscription to every two weeks, and I’ve added the candle on to my order. Really excited to receive the next one!
