IUNIVERSE does a fair job editing and impressive book cover designs. You will get an email informing the project is complete but if you are waiting for your own books that come with your package you have to pay shipping and handling . You would think that it was included in the package. You will get a call cornering you to remind you of this and how many additional books you want to order. The self publishing industry is a nightmare but IUNIVERSE seems to be on the right path. If I did not encounter this issue I would have rated a five and would like to see shipping added in the package.

I had some issues understanding what I did and didn’t have, as I was under the impression I had the ability to use a custom Illustrator and it would be covered by the expense but later discovered I did not have it and it would be an extra charge, I was also under the assumption I would have an editor but it made sense that I did not.
