ItsMySeat is a Los Angeles–based primary ticketing platform. We are the official ticket seller for the venues, theaters, promoters, and cultural organizations we partner with — not a resale or secondary marketplace. When you buy through ItsMySeat, you're buying directly from the event, at face value, with no speculative listings and no marked-up resale pricing. We power ticketing for concerts, theater productions, festivals, and community and cultural events across the Los Angeles area, working directly with local venues and promoters to handle everything from on-sale to the box office. Our goal is simple: get real fans into real seats, reliably and securely.Every order is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment systems, and your tickets are issued directly by us as the authorized seller. Because we work hand-in-hand with the venues themselves, we can support you across the full experience — purchase, delivery, will-call, entry, and any changes along the way.If you ever need help with an order, our team is reachable directly. We're a local company that cares about the events and communities we serve, and we're committed to making every ticket purchase straightforward, transparent, and trustworthy.
