Fraudulent site. Used to sell shoes, etc. Refusal to honour 30-day guarantee, refusal to accept returns, refusal to accept and abide by Australian Consumer Law. Purchase was made, product wrong size, requested return, stated they would offer 15% of item. Then in 2nd email noted 20%. nowhere near cost of items. Refuse to assist. Therefore, have contacted the authorities.
