Terrible Experience, Stay Away from ItchTix! Purchased concert seats through ItchTix and never received the tickets. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. When you pay for tickets, you expect to receive what you paid for, not be left empty-handed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Stay away from ItchTix!

Best customer service I’ve experienced with ticket transactions. Super transparent, responsive, answers all questions, has lots of options for tickets. I’ve used for concerts and NFL tickets and both were easy and I had zero issues. I check with them whenever I want tickets to an event event. I will never look anywhere else first for tickets going forward.
