They cancelled my tour for the Museo del Prado in Madrid the day before the event. By that time, virtually everything else in Madrid had been booked and we had no ability to visit a museum or other good tour in the city. Their only reasoning was a technical issue and they did not respond to any of my messages.

**AVOID**. Booked & paid for tickets online. Tickets did not arrive via email or WhatsApp as promised. Contacted the company numerous times via WhatsApp & email. I could see they had read my messages but they never replied. My tickets were then cancelled with no explanation the day before my tour. **AVOID**

They don't have an emergency number so it's impossible to contact them on a Sunday (when tourists travel). We found out that the ticket was sent to our email in the spam after 1 hour of looking for it in front of the Colosseum. And we received zero assistance. They tell you to meet in a point but it is actually fake, there is no one at the point. And the ticket is somewhere in the spam of your email. Poor communication, awful service. They make more than 100% margin (we bought the tickets at 46€ and they bought it at 18€, so even if we got it through a broker, called headout, they made at least 100% margin) and still they don't invest in someone to reply to the phone on a Sunday. Refus de remboursement prétextant qu'il était présent sur place (Nous l’avons cherché 1 h sur un espace de 50 m carré sans le trouver alors qu'il est censé être visible et signalé par un drapeau au nom de sa compagnie).
