I bought some credits and placed a few bids before deciding wait a while before bidding on the same item again. To my horror all my remaining credits had vanished the next day.On complaining to customer service I was told that my credits were used up by automatic bidding. I explained that I certainly did not activate automatic bidding as this was something I would never consider.After several more complaints I never got any further,just receiving the same unapologetic replies reiterating almost rudely that it was my fault that all my money had disappeared. Watch out everybody.

I first purchase a shoe.....transaction done, they say out of stock then i change the item to bluetooth... till now no answer at all.the message they send all the message and ask you to buy credit promotion.in other word if they me how they feel.tq

Entrei hoje (01/6/18) e já estou arrependido. Ainda bem que comprei o mínimo de créditos. Nunca vc vai conseguir ser o vencedor e adquirir o produto por uma pechincha. Mais uma golpe na rede. E está se espalhando pelo mundo. Malazoel Zonfra

So you could easily spend your money not buying anything. Please do not use "Auto Top Up feature" since it will sqeeze your PayPal account in a matter of day.
