I Sold My House.comReviews of isoldmyhouse.com

The person who said I sold my house.com just listed their house on listwithfreedom is lying. I sold my house.com does not do that. They are competitors and the person who said this most likely has a vested buisness interest in the listwithfreedom.com. If you don't believe me, do what I did and go to grok or chatgpt or whatever AI you prefer and just ask if Isoldmyhouse.com works with listwithfreedom.com and you will discover the truth. I have worked with Isoldmyhouse.com and I didn't have any interactions with listwithfreedom.com. The guy who wrote that review is shilling for listwithfreedom.com.

Day of closing funds were not available they needed to extend escrow 39days and promised additional $10,000. In good faith I agreed signed the addendum and now they refuse to respond to my text and emails and as of today no money has been wired in my account I'm a 65-year-old disabled single woman with the heart condition it's been 100 plus degrees I need to stay somewhere cool and they will not respond to my messages after I requested immediate payment of my good faith money

I purchased a package from ISoldMyHouse.com because they advertised no hidden fees. However, that isn't the case. The essentially sub-contracted the listing to "List With Freedom" who does charge a "compliance fee". So "I Sold My House" is being fairly disingenuous at best (outright lying at worst). Had I known, I would have simply gone with "List With Freedeom" from the start (and they have been great). If you're going to list your house I wouldn't do it with "ISoldMyHouse.com". Go some other place.

Total scam. You sign up and then they tell you later you will still have to pay .25% on top of the initial fee.
