I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering a rug from Island of Roses! I had the same experience as another where in March 8th they said they were out of materials! Finally they said the rug was being made but then Covid19 came into play so no planes could leave China. Finally mid April their tracking shows it leaving China and arriving in the States. Tracking then showed each city it was in on the way to AZ. Out even showed it arriving in my city and said it was being delivered...that was May 8th. I have yet to see it and the tracking site is saying the order number cannot be found!! I have sent numerous emails to this company asking them to track down this rug but to no avail!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Total scam web site. I ordered seat covers from them on march 1st and got the run around. First they said they didn't have them in stock and were ordering the material to make them. Then they said they shipped them out on march 19th and they would send a tracking number. After that no communication at all. I have been sending them emails and they have been ignoring them. I asked for a shipping number and got nothing I asked for a refund and got nothing. This is not a business this is a scam. Now when i go to their website google flags it as being unsafe.

I ordered a rug in mid March. I felt good about the purchase as I received constant emails about delay I production due to the current pandemic. I thought wow this company is keeping me updated. Several weeks ago i received my last email from then stating that My product was ready for shipment and I have heard nothing since. I didn’t get tracking or anything. I am pretty sure I was scammed out of nearly $80.00. I will be filing something with my bank in an attempt to recover my money.

Ordered a comforter set March 8,2020 my order was supposed to arrive by March20,2020 here we are in April 2020 still no order. I continued to request a refund after all the spam mail sights that said my order is on the way . So,I decided to look up the address for island of roses and it's a freaking walmart 295 Plymouth st Halifax,ma 02338. So I guess I'm not getting my order or money back because they have not returned any emails about my order or refund since March 17,2020. Run people far far away if you know what's best. If I could give triple minus 0 stars I would very very unprofessional.

I ordered a product and never received it. I tried multiple times to obtain a customer service number to speak to someone but no luck. I had to cancel after 4 weeks of no delivery.

Do not order from this site! I ordered a bedding set that ended up being a queen size thin sheet & 2 pillow cases not a comforter like the picture on their web site. The thin sheet looked nothing like the bright beautiful picture of a Boston Terrier that was pictured on their web site. It was so blurred you couldn't tell what the picture was until you were across the room. Not even the right color on the back side. Sent them pictures of what I thought I was ordering on their web site & pictures of what I had received. Email were regular until they informed me under their refund policy I didn't qualify for a refund. I don't know why, I sure didn't get my item that I paid for. I took it up with Paypal & Island of Roses asked for pictures again & made it look real nice for the Paypal people. Never heard from them again. Lesson learned, check out a site you see posted on facebook & reviews before you order. Total rip off

If there was a rating with a minus 5 stars that's what I would give this company. Ordered a hoodie in December was told it would take 7 to 10 business days to get it. It is now February still no hoodie. Got an email yesterday stating that they sent me the wrong item. I told they did not send me anything because I haven't received any thing. They told me that it was delivered but can't give me a date. Now they tell me they are going to resend my order and give me a refund. Ok, when? They can not or won't give me a date when all of this is to happen. Be very careful when ordering from this company. 2/16/20. Update: got a new email from this company. Still have not got my refund. They told me they sent my order any money to the manufacturer, so now I have to wait for the manufacturer to cancel the order and send my money back. The order was canceled a month ago. So tomorrow making a call to the Attorney General's Office and to the Fair Trade Commission. All the 5 star ratings must be posted by there own employees. Once again please use caution when ordering from this company.

Placed an order back in October. I have been contacting island rose since november. It took until December for them to tell me they lost my order. Was told they would refund my money. Yet if the lost my order how are they going to refund.
