Very bad fells like the iron bull in a computer ykyk then an actual learning software for example if you get every question right except for one it drops it down to an 83% so if you were to mess up at least maybe three questions there’s no point in finishing it so there’s no learning involved in my opinion, so just luck that they accept your answer

absolute dumpster fire. First of all, the lessons aren't engaging AT ALL. like for reading i didn't read any of the text and still got a 100. passages are boring asf. with math, the lessons are monotone and BORING. also, the strategies are so complicated to use. also, don't even get me STARTED on the diagnostics. i am a 5th grader typing this and it gave me FLIPPING 8TH GRADE QUESTIONS IN BOTH READING AND MATH!!! also, i heard they were removing the games/brain breaks which is the only thing to get the students engaged in this hell of a test!!! sadly my math teacher fully supports this and forces me to do this!! thank gosh my english teacher doesn't support this... #shutdowniready honestly wish i could rate this 0 stars...

Iready is used in 14 million schools, but it shouldn't. Here's why. The tests are broken and completely unfair. You have to take this three times a year. Allow me to explain. If you get a question right the next question will get harder until you get one wrong. When you do the skill level drops. Not bad, right? Let's say you're in the second grade. You're nailing the test when you suddenly stubble across seventh grade geometry. Sometimes the opposite happens and you're asked what is one plus one. Imagine being a middle schooler and getting handed third grade math. It's like the test is mocking you, calling you an idiot over and over and over. The diagnostic can be up to two hours long. If you fail, you have to take the test again. Most of the time you end up guessing because that's all you can do. That's what the diagnosis is made for. You're supposed to get half the questions wrong. It just keeps pushing you until you fail. They play a video that says you're going to get half the questions wrong. Imagine you're a first grade. Imagine the impact that would have on you. You would most likely be devastated. A kid who is good a math will feel like a failure who can't accomplish something they usually can. If you get into a different grade level by accident Iready says not my fault, that's on you. Iready is making kids who liked math in people who want to break their laptop. The lessons are useless. Iready's lessons are taught through characters with names with snarp and other weird names. Imagine being in the fifth grade and getting taught by cartoon characters. If you get a question wrong, you're gonna be in another subject because you get a yap session. If you get below a sixty percent enjoy another thirty minutes of a useless lesson. Iready doesn't even let you see the answers to your question, so you never learn from your mistakes. Iready is basically Groundhog Day, boring and stupid. Fellow students are breaking their chromebooks because of Iready. Students are having emotional meltdowns. That isn't a joke. According to many reviews I saw on here fellow students are having full blown meltdowns and are crying. Just imagine being young and missing recess because you couldn't complete a lesson. Imagine being in middle school and having to do this along with science, reading, social studies, and writing homework. Even teachers are saying their best students hate Iready. In conclusion nothing will probably change, and schools across America will sadly keep using Iready.

I've used this app since I was in second grade (I'm in eighth grade now) and it has been a nightmare. when I was little I was assigned one hour of both reading and math per week. It has made me cry more times than I can count and should be removed from the modern education system.

Well, I am a fifth grader (still elementary school for me), and iReady has ruined my mental health, it’s frustrated me, and I have to go through a whole lecture for one wrong answer, I have been scheduled 4 a month and yes, I recommend PLEASE get rid of this modern form of the atomic bomb, we have to use IPads and I have to STRETCH MY HANDS (including the bones) just to type
