it's SO bad I did not learn anything in the multiple years of using it.

It's horrible. It cant seem to understand a fraction can also equal a percentage and calls me wrong even tho its saying the same thing. Please remember there are usually multiple ways to say the answer. It makes me very angry (like a lot), and it also jumps into equations (on a subject I haven't learned) without context of what to do or really anything and expects me to get it right. You CAN NOT expect a kid or really ANYONE to know an answer to an equation on a topic they've practically never touched. What this app needs is to be more freeing with answers and to learn how to help you understand what to do before jumping into problems. I understand its a complicated deal and I'm not sure how I'd even go about that if I were them, but they should've thought about that before. Its common sense that someone isn't gonna always know what to do on a topic, and expecting answers out of someone in a situation like that is flat out stupid in my opinion. Please fix your site. Please make it less annoying so I don't wanna cold blooded murder it all the time.

This app is horrible, it doesn't teach you anything and is very unreliable. The math lessons take too long and teaches you stuff you already know. And they also have a diagnostic, which piled on with the other test like the STAAR and their multiple practice test, is unbearable. THIS APP MAKES ME WANT TO SHOVE MY HEAD IN A CAR COMPACTOR.

In an era where educational technology should be dynamic, adaptive, and supportive, the i-Ready software manages to achieve the exact opposite. Far from being a helpful tool for academic growth, the platform is a tedious, repetitive, and deeply frustrating experience for students. Instead of fostering a genuine love of learning, i-Ready actively degrades the educational experience by treating students like mindless consumers of painfully slow animations. The most glaring flaw of the program is its absolute refusal to trust the student’s intelligence. Whenever a problem appears on the screen, the software forces the user to sit through agonizingly slow, read-aloud voice-overs and tedious cartoon demonstrations. For a student who already understands a math or reading concept, these mandatory delays act as a barrier to actual practice. Instead of working through a problem and learning at their own pace, the student is forced to stare at the screen waiting for the narration to finish. This inefficiency transforms what should be fifteen minutes of solid practice into an hour of glassy-eyed waiting and clicking.Furthermore, the adaptive testing aspect of i-Ready often does more harm than good. While it is intended to pinpoint exactly where a student needs help, the proprietary, non-transparent algorithms often result in confusing score drops. When a student gets a difficult question wrong, the penalty to their overall score is often disproportionate, leading to anxiety and discouragement rather than motivation. For many, the diagnostic tests feel less like a tool to measure knowledge and more like an unpredictable obstacle that lowers their grades.Ultimately, i-Ready reduces a student's complex academic identity into broad, generic labels based on algorithms that teachers cannot even manually verify. It takes up valuable classroom time that could be spent on meaningful teacher-led instruction, group projects, or real-world application. For these reasons—inefficient teaching, mind-numbing repetition, and a disregard for the student's time—i-Ready earns a resounding one-star review. It is time for schools to rethink their reliance on this program and invest in methods that actually value the students using them.

This is the dumbest app I’ve ever seen if you get three questions wrong it’s not like they help you have to do the lesson agian and I know that teachers like it but the teachers also hate it and they even quit there jobs this app has caused people’s depression

Worst website ever. Every time I get a wrong answer I just become upset and/or depressed because I fear that I don't want to try again, or worse, after I get a second chance to try again, I EVEN DON'T GET A THIRD CHANCE, and I DON'T WANT TO FIND MY CLUE. I-READY, YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO. Besides, after i-Ready pro was released, THEY COMPLETELY REPLACED GAMES WITH USELESS BREATHING EXERCISES. Also, I heard that i-Ready steals your data, which is the reason why i-Ready got sued, which is a good thing. I hope it gets blocked in my district and other schools outside my district because of how bad i-Ready is.

This website is a mistake. This thing is SCUM scraped off of a corporate shoe. They don't care about children. They care about money. If you force your kids to use this, you are sick. I'm a kid. I'm tired. I got six hundred something on my last reading diagnostic, and I'm in the forth grade. I hate this more than I can physically explain. I got four, maybe five hundred on my math test. I am again, in FORTH GRADE. It was asking advanced algebra questions to me, who has dyscalculia. If I could give this zero stars I would. This is part of the reason Gen Alpha can't read.(By the way, I was reading Warrior Cats and Percy Jackson in the FIRST grade, and I read The Hunger Games earlier this year NOT BRAGGING I SWEAR) If I didn't love to read as much as I do, I would be a stupid I-Pad kid as well. Listen, I'm exhausted. If you want more info, watch SnipeSnap's video on youtube.
