I used IQmobi to take an IQ test, believing I was paying for the test. I was subsequently charged $39.99 for a subscription that I did not knowingly intend to continue. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but my request was refused. I find this experience extremely disappointing and the lack of customer support unacceptable. Customers deserve clear and transparent information about recurring charges before making a payment. Not a customer oriented at all!!!

I bought a €0.99 trial test and forgot to cancel before the automatic renewal. I was charged €34.99. I contacted support immediately, within less than 24 hours of the charge, and I haven't used the service or taken any new tests since the payment. Support completely refused to help or offer a one-time goodwill refund for a student, hiding behind strict terms. Very disappointed with this subscription model.
