DECEPTIVE BILLING TRAP – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am writing this to warn everyone: do not give this company your payment details. They employ unethical "dark patterns" to trick users into subscriptions they never knowingly agreed to. I paid a small, one-off fee of €5.00 for a certificate, only to find that they had used my credit card information to automatically enroll me in a hidden, recurring monthly subscription of €29.99. These terms were intentionally buried at the bottom of an email and were never clearly presented during the checkout process. The most disgusting part is their customer service. When I confronted them about this unauthorized charge, they flat-out refused to issue a refund. This is not a legitimate business practice; it is a calculated trap designed to siphon money from unsuspecting customers. It is dishonest, predatory, and a total violation of consumer rights. The only thing "intelligent" about their IQ test is the way they have engineered this scam. Stay far away and save your money. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and am reporting them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
