Like everyone I paid 0.5 EUR to get test results, after 24 hours, without my knowledge I was charged 40 EUR. Disclaimer for this transaction was bellow payment nad in small caps. Tried to contact them, they ARE NOT GIVING ME A REFUND, they are hiding behind their terms and condintions.

Same thing happened to me. I did the test and paid 0.50 EUR, but didnt get the results which made me wonder if this was a scam. went online only to find this post. then I went ahead, logged in and cancel the subscription, I then got the automated email confirming the cancelation. I honestly dont know if they really cancelled it and wont charge me or if the email is just another farce. luckily I was able to temporarily block my card in the bank mobile app so even if they try to charge the 40 EUR they wont be able to. Ill keep an eye on my txt notification to see if there is any attempt to charge me before I proceed to block the card and get a new one. honestly, i cant believe how I fell for this.

Same as other people here, I took the test, paid the 50 cents and then 24 hours later saw the monthly subscription fee for 40 euros. It is purposely written in smaller font on the results email and not mentioned when finishing the test, only on other parts of the website you would not go to. Email them and demand the refund stating the obvious attempt at trying to hide the additional subscription and then tell them to delete banking/personal information.

Scam like everyone says.

Same experience as others here. I paid the 0.50 euro for the test. There was no mention of subscription, I didn't agree with anything else and, after 24 h, they charged me with 39.90 euro. I reported them to cyber police and other scam scanning sites, then contacted them at their info e-mail address. They made a refund and sent an e-mail in which they also announced (obviously, standard AI messages) that they cancelled my subscription (what subscription? 😆) and deleted my data. Not to mention that the iq test was a total s**t, nothing according to the official scalings and benchmarks. Pay attention and check the sites before accessing them and making your payment info available.

Don't inform you about a monthly subscription and then charges the day after

I was also scammed! They took 40$ out of my account. Did anyone obtain a refund or found a solution?

Be careful! This is a scam and regardless of promisses of refunds they will continue to collect money monthly. Only way out is to change bankaccount. Bank cannot help, suscriptions does not show up in your Apple subscribtions, so impossible to cancel. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANKDETAILS!
