iQmedia -highly recommended IT firm
iQmedia came through a recommendation when I fired our previous IT provider some 15+ years ago because of their unreliability and questionable practices. I have learned over the years most IT people assume you don't know what they do nor have interest in learning so they think they pull the wool over your eyes by babbling tech lingo. I question and challenge them. When I was a full time client of iQmedia I had a fantastic tech who would come running immediately when something went wrong and she was always transparent with the issues and would take the time to break it down for me. She once even diagramed how networks worked. I miss that "can do" and "get it done" attitude. Our company's needs evolved over the years and now they only host my Exchange server while I have in house IT support provided to me which is nowhere near the same level of competence or service. I still question and am getting half responses. I consider myself a former client but Marc Peritore will still respond to my questions in a timely manner which I very much appreciate. I unequivocally recommend iQmedia for their steadfast professionalism, transparency, reliability and responsiveness.
