After almost thirty days, I was finally able to get the download and the program working. Attempts to contact customer service to get the length of my subscription extended have been futile. I've left messages and got no replies.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT. The download did not work. I called and left a message that nobody ever returned. Then I tried leaving a response on the board. That was never answered.

After almost a month the product has not been delivered. "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct" is a mild expression

I haven't even been able to create an account, because it won't process without entering my province (which is not an option). I have also contacted IPswitch about the problem via their help section and never got a reply. So, I paid for a service/product that I can't use.

Asking for download IPswitch WS_FTP 12, never got any reply. I did purchased a few copies. This time I would like to have a trail version for testing, if everything OK, will place order. Please help
