Absolutely zero. Already had a license but had questions about transferring it to another system. Never got any reply from Ipswitch. Went forward and deactivated my license running on my old machine. Uninstalled it and installed it on a new machine, but the license wasn't valid. Installed it back on my old machine but again, the license wasn't valid anymore. Reached out for support but never got a reply. So I pretty much got forced into buying a new license. Way to go! The application itself works like a charm but the people at Ipswitch have a long way to go regarding customer service.

No answer from Ipswitch to my mail sent more than 2 months ago with their own support form - disappointed

I cant get into the portal to get my product or service. I am frustrated!

Prgramm konnte nicht installiet werden. Habe heute an Cleverbridgen 'AG um Rücküberweisung des gezahlten Betrages gebeten und den Auftrag storniert.

I payed for Ipswitch WS_FTP but could not install it. I clearly wasted y money. I asked for help but never got it. I used a free version of WS_FTP for decades, but now use ClassicFTP who are much more helpful.

No response when I VM'd support twice, tried support submission form 10x and threw error no matter what browser (5 different browsers tried). Concerns dismissed by Cleverbridge support on Paypal. Refused to answer questions. No recourse for people who didn't receive their serial number and can't register for a community account without it. I had to call another product group, got a rude customer service person who consented to patch me through to Ipswitch where I engaged with a customer service person who acted like this "Why are you bothering me with your petty issues." The honest truth is that if Filezilla had an audio alert, I would NEVER buy your software. But you have the audio alert and I need that so much that I suffered through the above waste of my cycles. I am an exhausted sole proprietor web developer and you just made my life hell. Thanks!

Could not get it to work. Had to purchase a different FTP program instead.
