I found the service especially helpful as I could always get through to customer service and each time it only took about a minute or so to get through unlike some big companies or government department which can take much longer. The staff were patient to my questions and gave good answers and helped me get through the Ipswitch FTP Pro Installation process well within the 30 day maintenance period. I have been using it since with no problems. I am also appreciative that I will have the software on a permanent basis and only have to pay again if there are technical problems in the future. The approximately $50 US cost for the Pro Version is quite reasonable especially for software I use a lot with my web site and that works well and much cheaper than some other computer software.

I have used earlier versions of Ipswitch, and am thrilled to have the new version.

I've been using WSFTP since forever it seems. I have found it to be better than anything I have used for this purpose.

Evarything works on WS_FTP Pro.

The Ipswitch FTP is very easy to use and does what I need it to do. I'm a novice and use it to update a Virtual Airline Website and as I mentioned it makes my job very easy.

WSFTP is the best for my needs. Bought it in the 1990's +, and now again because my computer crashed. Thankfully I back up on external drives. Didn't lose anything. Bought another PC and got my new WSFTP Pro for it.

I have used Ipswitch's WS_FTP software for more than 20 years and the Pro version for more than 10 years, with various versions of Windows (now Windows 10). It does exactly what I want FTP software to do. Fast, clean, flexible. Allows me to check the job done more quickly than with competing tools.
