Program work's great solved one of our main issues with FTP requiring a separate username and password to the windows login credentials. I raised a question with support when i purchased the product a month or two ago and have still not had a single response to my query. Though they had no issues responding when it was about purchasing the product.

I had purchased the Ipswitch program back in June 2012. When I got a new computer in Fall of 2016, I was unable to reload the program back onto my computer. It kept saying it was the wrong password, which was INCORRECT. I keep an Excel sheet of all my passwords, and the password worked perfectly until I purchased my new computer. Since I could not find a phone number on their website, I filled out a form on the website TWICE asking for assistance. No one ever contacted me. It made a particular job at my business difficult since we need a FTP to do it. We had to do it a different way that took 100 times longer. I tried again to contact Ipswitch again in October 2017 and the same thing happened. No one contacted me. So, I finally had to buy it again, which seems VERY fraudulent of their company. I purchased it again on 10-23-17. I would NEVER recommend Ipswitch to anyone. The only reason I bought it again, is that I was familiar with the program.

Loved my old WS_FTP for many years. The new one actually worked well on a new project. Now it freezes every time I try to start it up.

For many years I have used WS_FTP95LE with great success. I thought I would get equal or better results with WS_FTP12_PRO, but I was mistaken. The product hangs, telling me it is busy. It does not allow me to transfer multiples of files without stalling. The visible display of activities is too intrusive - compared to 95LE, which shows the transfer without opening a separate set of boxes. In summary I am most dissatisfied and have reverted to using 95LE instead of the new product.
