I have had one issue which I had to get some assistance with, Ipswitch professional worked me through the issue very quickly. Not that it was fun but the professional almost made it fun and it was enjoyable to learn something new.

I started using Ipswitch in 2004 while working as a webmaster and found the product to be very reliable with features to control large user groups and track files. Retirement started 5 years ago and recently, after being a bit bored, took on a volunteer webmaster position. My first choice, over all the free ftp apps, was and still is Ipswitch. Even though I am on a limited income, the money spent is well worth it. Ipswitch is a reliable, stable application that is easy to use and hard to forget.

This is my second purchase of an Ipswitch FTP product. I bought this new version because the version I've been using since 2004 is a bit dated. I hope to use this new version just as long as I did the old version that served me so well for 14 years.
